SoAR 2010

Kingdom-training for a new generation to be positioned in the cities of Europe

A new and finishing generation

There is a new and strong reformation on the way. The process is generated by a revival of the Word and of the Spirit. It will not bring us back to the Reformation, but back to the Acts of the Apostles... it's dynamics, foundation and building-patterns. This sovereign work of God will have the power to clean up and re-align God's house. It will not build on a few verses, on a single revelation or on miracles, or gifted personalities. There will not be a new Luther, a new Calvin or Huss... or for that sake a new Evan Roberts or Kathryn Kuhlman. There will be tens and hundreds, even thousands of them.

Report from SoAR2010

Last year we called people from Scandinavia and Europe for a time of training. And as mentioned at ICE2010 my thoughts are to raise a new generation in this region who will be able to carry and develop the Kingdom-seed in such a way that the seed will affect the soil... and not the opposite.

A great group of people

The nations represented were from Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Romania and Mongolia/USA. The youngest was 16, and the oldest 70+.

The main topics were:

1.  Three words about our destiny in this region:

•  The seed will change the soil and not the opposite.

This is what I heard God say regarding the European continent. A new day is dawning and God will raise a new generation who will match this new day and be able to partner with Him in a powerful way.

•  It's time to pay attention because God will move strongly and accurately.

•  Go all the way... without fear!

2.  The Kingdom Manifesto... a redefinition of Matt 5,1-11 in order to produce unshakeable believers and an unstoppable church.

The key is to be found in Matt 7,24-27. Jesus didn't say "Everyone who hears the Word..." or "Everyone who hears my Word..." He said "Everyone who hears these Words..." So the focal point is: what did He say, since hearing it and acting on it will produce lives who will stand in any storm, in seasons when many christian lives and churches will collapse.

3.  Remove the mandate-murderers

In this context the parable of the sower is very relevant. Three issues are mentioned by Jesus: the birds, the stones and the thorns. It's not agriculture-teaching, it's not simple words for naive people, it's accurate and sharp words for Kingdom-people who refuse to let anything or anybody mess up God's agenda for their lives, cities and nations. So we must identify what are the birds, the stones and the thorns and how they operate, so we can get rid of them and look forward to a mindblowing harvest.

4.  A New Generation for A New Day

The letter of Peter is so relevant for us today in this region. Peter wrote to believers in the whole region of Minor Asia. He had walked with God since the very beginning of the public ministry of Jesus on earth. And he knew more than anybody else that things can explode and they can collapse as well. There were only two options for the believers in Pontus, Galatia, Cappadocia, Asia and Bithynia: either they prevailed against hell, or hell prevailed against them. We could write to the believers of Norway, Sweden, Germany, Poland, Slovenia, Croatia, Bulgaria, Spain, Italy, the UK etc: either the Church is connected to heaven or it is connected to human thinking. Either the Church prevails against hell or hell prevails against the Church. Either the Church expands the Kingdom or other kingdoms will control our region. Peter gave them apostolic instructions about how to rise to the challenge in their region and be the New Generation, walking and partnering with God in His new Day. Amazingly relevant and accurate!

The future

We are learning as we walk and do the job. This is what we will aim at in 2011: we plan to have SoAR twice a year and in two different parts of the region.

1.  One in Denmark, for western Europe, and one in Romania for eastern Europe.

2. We plan two intakes, because it's difficult for people who planned to come, (but couldn't make it because of professional or financial reasons, or because of specific family-situations) to wait a whole year for the next  intake. So we want to do it twice.

3. The second reason is a financial one. The level of life is so different between west and east that it creates unnecessary challenges and struggles. Some challenges are necessary but some are not.

4. Of course no intake is reserved to a certain geographical part of Europe. Westerners can attend the eastern SoAR and easterners can apply for the western if they want.

SoAR2011 will be held in Romania in March and
Denmark in the Autumn.
