The year 2009 saw Pastor Tony, senior minister of the Dream Centre, travel to the Philippines in order to stir, encourage, train and impart the proceeding word of life into pastors for the nation as a whole.

The prophetic word spoken over the Philippines was that God was releasing new resources and supplies to the nation. Trucks were deployed to the Southern most regions as well as the Northern regions; each was full of resources. As the trucks were being unloaded, there were boxes of brand new pastors for the nation, just waiting to be unwrapped, ready for function. As people began to become excited as to God releasing new resources, the question came, ‘Why new pastors?’ The new pastors were being given to replace those pastors who refused to move on with the move of God. Pastors who use the people for themselves; pastors who see the people as theirs rather than God’s people; pastors who think of the old more valuable than the new move of God. The challenge spoken is for the Philippines to allow a new move of God to come to her. Pastors do not have to be replaced, because God wants them to be upgraded and refurbished with new modern, spiritual technologies which are essential for the coming move of God soon to break forth upon the Philippines.
