The Proceeding Word

Matthew 4:4  Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man does not live on bread alone, but on every word that comes from the mouth of God.’

When God begins flooding a harbour, He does it with His own word, for it is His own word that creates movement within the hearts of men. As we begin receiving this proceeding word, we are to take it and eat it, for as we eat and live by it, it begins giving us understanding that we could never had gotten had we not received it.

Isaiah 29:7-24  Then the hordes of all the nations that fight against Ariel, that attack her and her fortress and besiege her, will be as it is with a dream, with a vision in the night— as when a hungry man dreams that he is eating, but he awakens, and his hunger remains; as when a thirsty man dreams that he is drinking, but he awakens faint, with his thirst unquenched. So will it be with the hordes of all the nations that fight against Mount Zion. Be stunned and amazed, blind yourselves and be sightless; be drunk, but not from wine, stagger, but not from beer. The LORD has brought over you a deep sleep: He has sealed your eyes (the prophets); he has covered your heads (the seers).  For you this whole vision is nothing but words sealed in a scroll. And if you give the scroll to someone who can read, and say to him, “Read this, please,” he will answer, “I can’t; it is sealed.” Or if you give the scroll to someone who cannot read, and say, “Read this, please,” he will answer, “I don’t know how to read.”  The Lord says: “These people come near to me with their mouth and honour me with their lips, but their hearts are far from me. their worship of me is made up only of rules taught by men. Therefore once more I will astound these people with wonder upon wonder; the wisdom of the wise will perish, the intelligence of the intelligent will vanish.  Woe to those who go to great depths to hide their plans from the LORD, who do their work in darkness and think, “Who sees us? Who will know?  You turn things upside down, as if the potter were thought to be like the clay! Shall what is formed say to him who formed it, “He did not make me”? Can the pot say of the potter, He knows nothing”?  In a very short time, will not Lebanon be turned into a fertile field and the fertile field seem like a forest?  In that day the deaf l will hear the words of the scroll, and out of gloom and darkness   the eyes of the blind will see. Once more the humble will rejoice in the LORD; the needy will rejoice in the Holy One of Israel. The ruthless will vanish, the mockers will disappear, and all who have an eye for evil will be cut down — those who with a word make a man out to be guilty, who ensnare the defender in court and with false testimony deprive the innocent of justice. Therefore this is what the LORD, who redeemed Abraham, says to the house of Jacob: “No longer will Jacob be ashamed; no longer will their faces grow pale.  When they see among them their children, the work of my hands, they will keep my name holy; they will acknowledge the holiness of the Holy One of Jacob, and will stand in awe of the God of Israel. Those who are wayward in spirit will gain understanding; those who complain will accept instruction.

Isaiah 59:19-21 From the west, men will fear the name of the LORD, and from the rising of the sun, they will revere his glory. For he will come like a pent-up flood that the breath of the LORD drives along. “The Redeemer will come to Zion, to those in Jacob who repent of their sins, declares the LORD. “As for me, this is my covenant with them,” says the LORD. “My Spirit, who is on you, and my words that I have put in your mouth will not depart from your mouth, or from the mouths of your children, or from the mouths of their descendants from this time on and forever,” says the LORD.

19 So [as the result of the Messiah's intervention] they shall [reverently] fear the name of the Lord from the west, and His glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the Lord will lift up a standard against him and put him to flight [for He will come like a rushing stream which the breath of the Lord drives] Amplified Bible: The King James version is inaccurate as it places the comma in the wrong place so it should read...

When the enemy shall come in, like a flood the spirit of the Lord will raise up a standard against him.

19 In the west, people will respect the name of the Lord; in the east, they will glorify Him. For He will come like a raging flood tide driven by the breath of the Lord. New Living Translation.

The Proceeding Word for the Dream Centre

Open Intimacy this year:

Luke 10:21-24  At that time Jesus, full of joy through the Holy Spirit, said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. Yes, Father, for this was your good pleasure. “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows who the Son is except the Father, and no one knows who the Father is except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.” Then he turned to his disciples and said privately, “Blessed are the eyes that see what you see. For I tell you that many prophets and kings wanted to see what you see but did not see it, and to hear what you hear but did not hear it.”

God is going to give us, through this intimacy, a foretaste of the future happening Now. A greater spirit life will flood our hearts as we encounter more of Him and His truth. God is giving us the access code to connect with Him accurately. It is this intimacy that will cause people far and wide to seek us out, as this invitation is for them also to seek him out.

Open Heaven; Intimacy creates open heavens

Luke 10:17-20 The seventy-two returned with joy and said, “Lord, even the demons submit to us in your name.” He replied, “I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. I have given you authority to trample on snakes and scorpions and to overcome all the power of the enemy; nothing will harm you. However, do not rejoice that the spirits submit to you, but rejoice that your names are written in heaven.”

Satan cannot block this path of light being given to us, for Satan is going down whereas we are going up. He is getting weaker, we are getting stronger. We will have greater access through the spirit of God. Ephesians 2:18. The spirit of God is releasing the spirit of adoption on us so that we can accurately begin appropriating that which we have been given rights and access to enter. We are receiving our full authority to guide, guard and govern our territory.

Open favour

Luke 10:1-2  After this the Lord appointed seventy-two 40 others and sent them two by two ahead of him to every town and place where he was about to go. He told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.”

God is giving us the power of attorney, so we can represent Him well on the earth. We are receiving a fresh commission to secure and subdue nations. The harvest of the kingdom is beginning to develop mud slides, as I see entire communities beginning to slide and shift towards entering the kingdom.

We are carriers of His word in our hearts, this word will create mud slides to take place. We will begin entering in to homes and communities as they slide towards the kingdom.

Open Opportunities

Luke 10:3-9 Go! I am sending you out like lambs among wolves. Do not take a purse or bag or sandals; and do not greet anyone on the road. “When you enter a house, first say, ‘Peace to this house. If a man of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; if not, it will return to you.  Stay in that house, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around from house to house.  “When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is set before you. Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you.”

The opportunities are for kingdom advancement. All that we need to find, follow and finish our assignment will be given to us. Don’t look for money, look to God and His kingdom assignment and money will find us. The spirit of poverty, greed and covetousness must come to an end within us, if we are to see God do this, for without this coming to an end we will, all the time, look to the world to provide that which we lack.

Open House

Luke 10:5-12 “When you enter a house, first say, ‘Peace to this house.’ If a man of peace is there, your peace will rest on him; if not, it will return to you. Stay in that house, eating and drinking whatever they give you, for the worker deserves his wages. Do not move around from house to house. “When you enter a town and are welcomed, eat what is set before you. Heal the sick who are there and tell them, ‘The kingdom of God is near you.’ But when you enter a town and are not welcomed, go into its streets and say, ‘Even the dust of your town that sticks to our feet we wipe off against you. Yet be sure of this: The kingdom of God is near.  I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom a than for that town.”

Now is the time to prophesy. Now is the time to preach the word to people. Now is the time to release it from the heavens. God is opening the hearts of strategic people so that entire families can cross over.

Acts 16:13-15 On the Sabbath we went outside the city gate to the river, where we expected to find a place of prayer. We sat down and began to speak to the women who had gathered there. One of those listening was a woman named Lydia, a dealer in purple cloth from the city of Thyatira, who was a worshiper of God. The Lord opened her heart to respond to Paul’s message. When she and the members of her household were baptized, she invited us to her home. “If you consider me a believer in the Lord,” she said, “come and stay at my house.” And she persuaded us.

Many, like Barnabas, will rise in the house to become sons of encouragement to the prophetic and apostolic ministry. Acts 4:36-37.

Open Hearts

Yet be sure of this: The kingdom of God is near.  I tell you, it will be more bearable on that day for Sodom  than for that town. “Woe to you, Korazin! Woe to you, Bethsaida! For if the miracles that were performed in you had been performed in Tyre and Sidon, they would have repented long ago, sitting in sackcloth and ashes. But it will be more bearable for Tyre and Sidon at the judgment than for you. And you, Capernaum, will you be lifted up to the skies? No, you will go down to the depths. “He who listens to you listens to me; he who rejects you rejects me; but he who rejects me rejects him who sent me.”

The message that God has given us, irrespective of culture, is an acceptable message. This message is going to be received by many in our midst and many beyond our midst.

Isaiah 55:4-5 See, I have made him a witness to the peoples, a leader and commander of the peoples. Surely you will summon nations you know not, and nations that do not know you will hasten to you, because of the LORD your God, the Holy One of Israel, for he has endowed you with splendour.

Open doors

Luke 10:25-37  On one occasion an expert in the law stood up to test Jesus. “Teacher,” he asked, “what must I do to inherit eternal life? “What is written in the Law?” he replied. “How do you read it?” He answered: ‘Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind’  and, ‘Love your neighbour as yourself.’  “You have answered correctly,” Jesus replied. “Do this and you will live. But he wanted to justify himself, so he asked Jesus, “And who is my neighbour?  In reply Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he fell into the hands of robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side.  So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. But a Samaritan, as he travelled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him.   He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, took him to an inn and took care of him. The next day he took out two silver coins and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’ “Which of these three do you think was a neighbour to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”  The expert in the law replied, “The one who had mercy on him.” Jesus told him, “Go and do likewise.”

The door of entering in is truly being opened to us, the Dream centre. God is going to give us the job and role that others have failed to do and fulfil. God will give us opportunities of which we feel totally overwhelmed and privileged to participate in.
