The objective of these 28 days is fourfold: To receive afresh a fresh delivery, transference, a new impartation, a new measure of the Lordship of Christ – To retain to be able to hold and contain Him - To Mature spiritually advance holistic - To Multiply the spiritual state of your inner spirit man increasing to its full stature.
Prophetic word given to the Dream Centre
Just as the clocks go forward, the world takes notice and brings itself into alignment with the change. As you see the natural change, so God has invaded time. Mark this moment, mark this day as a spiritual marker, a day where God declares an acceleration of action in the lives of His people, individuals and corporate life. Walls of resistance are broken, that which was hindered and was held back, its time has come to an end. I see cracks appearing and water seeping through the dams that have held back the river of life. Align yourself to the time for the season of acceleration. The season of acceleration is Now, the season begins in You Today.
What must now happen is for you, me and everyone, corporately, take a hold of Psalm 29 as a thrust word, designed to accelerate us corporately and individually to the place called fulfilment. Discover the power of the word of the Lord in your midst throughout these next 28 days of encounter.
The voice of the Lord Psalm 29
Psalm 29:1-11 Ascribe to the LORD, O mighty ones, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; worship the LORD in the splendour of his holiness. The voice of the LORD is over the waters; the God of glory thunders, the LORD thunders over the mighty waters.The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is majestic. The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; the LORD breaks in pieces the cedars of Lebanon. He makes Lebanon skip like a calf, Sirion like a young wild ox. The voice of the LORD strikes with flashes of lightning. The voice of the LORD shakes the desert; the LORD shakes the Desert of Kadesh. The voice of the LORD twists the oaks and strips the forests bare. And in his temple all cry, “Glory!” The LORD sits enthroned over the flood; the LORD is enthroned as King forever. The LORD gives strength to his people; the LORD blesses his people with peace.
Some say this Psalm is called the Psalm of David and some say it was written as a way of David thanking God for opening up the heavens, pouring down abundant rain as the heavens had been closed over Israel for three years. 2 Samuel 21:1 During the reign of David, there was a famine for three successive years; so David sought the face of the LORD. The LORD said, “It is on account of Saul and his blood-stained house; it is because he put the Gibeonites to death.”
Throughout history there have been many Sauls who have led people towards wickedness and as a result an entire region or nation has suffered the consequence. The time and the season has come for the Davids of God to rise and seek God’s face, asking Him to open up the heavens, sending revival’s rain upon our land. I can’t think of any better description than thunder to get someone’s attention because when there is thunder everyone is aware of it’s sound.
Revelation 1:15 His feet were like bronze glowing in a furnace, and his voice was like the sound of rushing waters.
John 12:28 “Father, glorify your name!” Then a voice came from heaven, “I have glorified it, and will glorify it again.” The crowd that was there heard it and said it had thundered; others said an angel had spoken to him. Jesus said, “This voice was for your benefit, not mine.”
The voice of the Lord is powerful beyond all human comprehension, this is why we must ask God to reveal the mystery of His will, so that His word can become strong, living and actively powerful within our mouths. What He tells us, we must speak up and speak out what He wills, we must carry out executing fully His will and intention over our lives. For we must obey Him. God told Moses to speak to Pharaoh telling him to let my people go. Moses, afraid of this, causes God to reassure him so much so that when Moses spoke, it would be as if Pharaoh was actually hearing God’s voice speaking through Moses’ mouth. This same impact must be found in your mouth, for how else can we become ambassadors for Christ without the King’s word being living and active within us? Ezekiel, the prophet, was also told to speak to a valley of dry bones prophesying to them, Ezekiel 47. Over these 28 days, valleys of dry bones are going to come to life as streams of living water begin to flow again. This river must first begin to flow within you, before the surrounding territory of your circle of life can become affected. Water flows out of you and it is this water that others will taste and see that the Lord is good.
Hebrews 4:12-13 For the word of God is living and active. Sharper than any double-edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart. Nothing in all creation is hidden from God’s sight. Everything is uncovered and laid bare before the eyes of him to whom we must give account.

Isaiah 55:11 So is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.
V1&2 Ascribe to the LORD, O mighty ones, ascribe to the LORD glory and strength. Ascribe to the LORD the glory due his name; worship the LORD in the splendour of his holiness.
This is the background and context that we must understand throughout these 28 days. God must be worshipped in the context of beauty and holiness. You must give and activate your strength, so that at the end of these 28 days you will be filled with the measure of His strength. Pray and worship giving all that you have, meaning your mind, spirit and your body.
The voice of the Lord is Majestic V4
Pray seeking God for Him to establish, build and strengthen the Lordship of Christ into every situation of your life, so that all of Him fills you. The circumstances, irrespective of how pressing they may appear, must not determine our response, but His Lordship.
Revelation 11:15 The seventh angel sounded his trumpet, and there were loud voices in heaven, which said: “The kingdom of the world has become the kingdom of our Lord and of his Christ, and he will reign forever and ever.”
The voice of the Lord breaks the cedars V5
Cedar is very strong, powerful material, it symbolises versatility and strength. Sometimes our attitudes and temperaments can become like a cedar, in that it must be broken in order for it to become useful to God and man. Check your attitude and temperament, what type of word has to come to you in order for you to inwardly yield to God?
The voice of the Lord releases the abundant life V6
Lebanon will skip like a calf, skip which means a sign of new life, as it now becomes a life filled with joy and innocence. When we yield inwardly, newness of life is released upon us and it is this newness of life that causes us to skip like the young calf. Learn to speak to your own weaknesses and failures, for as you do you will cry for God to break upon you with His living water until it floods your soul.
The voice of the Lord releases vitality and breakthrough V6
See how this voice is progressive as it is now building momentum, as from the place of inner yielding we have been filled with newness of life, whereby now a fresh level of abundance is about to break upon you.
The voice of the Lord gives you inner strength like an Ox V6
The Ox is a symbol of great strength, strength so that you can labour in your God-assigned filled work and task. Though you feel you started with little strength, strength is being added with every progressive stage you take. Keep declaring this voice until strength fills your mind, your body and your spirit and soul.
The voice of the Lord purifies and cleanses V7
Sin, unforgiveness, guilt, allow the voice of God to speak to you in these areas, as it is in this place of barrenness that God restores, strengthens and heals.
The voice of the Lord creates impact V8
The voice of the Lord is found operating in the wilderness, it is whilst you find yourself going through the wilderness that God’s voice within you begins creating the most impact. The voice of the Lord can bring life to barrenness. Declare life over your life.
The voice of the Lord reproduces and multiplies after its own kind V9
This speaks of how it’s only when everything is completely stripped back, that the new you can come forth. Notice, the entire landscape in this Psalm was barren, as everything had been stripped and broken by the voice of the Lord. It’s the same voice that restores and re-clothes the forest, showing us that, despite what we see around us, it is possible through the all powerful word of God, for legacy to be transferred.
The Voice of the Lord is enthroned over the entire flood V10
As your life and community undergoes complete transformation do not think this was your strength, but THE WORD that stripped, tore down, broke and restored is the same Word that is over everything and therefore He must remain enthroned within our lives.
The voice of the Lord gives strength to His people; the lord blesses His people with peace V11
The little strength you felt when you first started on this journey has now been multiplied and from this strength His peace now floods your soul. You are now a blessed man/woman from this encounter.
